I like that we can see multiple sources at once, so if you are looking for something specific you don't have to go through each one individually. We used it before when our marketing team was working with content curators & editors. It's easy to use but not very intuitive. If you're familiar with Google Docs or Excel this will be easier than if you've never done any data entry like that in your life! The biggest problem we had then (as well as now) is figuring out which sites/social networks were relevant for the product. This has been fixed though by allowing us to filter those results further down. Now that we know what works we can target new audiences more effectively.
