Hot glued. I see threads of glue coming out of the glue gun. Poorly made. You will not last more than once. The glitter may make the shoes slippery when wet or on wet surfaces!
- The shoes run a bit big, but will be loved for a long time. They are beautiful and complement the Encanto dress!
