Review on πŸ‘¦ Boys' Clothing and Jackets & Coats - Thickened Snowsuit Outerwear for Toddler by Douglas Holla

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not the best quality in my rating

The hat came undone at the seam the first time it was washed. I washed by hand. With a 4-year-old I have to buy higher-quality things that have more functionality and can also handle laundry. Kids are just sticky and wet. The fabric was thin and frayed at the bottom seam, and the rope snapped. Sure it can be worn hoodless, but I would never consider buying one if it didn't have a hood. Without it, it's not as cute and attractive. The hood compensates for the appearance of patches and other things. If the material had been a little better, this wouldn't have happened. In fact, this is the first experience I've had with such a coat, even a heavily worn and frequently washed coat. I stick to buying higher quality clothing that can serve its purpose and function for the short season that a baby can fit in. I think it would be fine if you never washed coats and such, although that particular hood was going to rip and unravel sooner rather than later. I'd recommend making sure there are better options on offer, otherwise it's exactly the same as throwing money away or renting a coat for a week. In rent-the-rentway style, it's never been in vogue. For example, the Revain brand offers a much better quality and price.

Cons
  • It's a pretty good coat, but the stubble broke the stem pretty easily.
