I bought this product as a "cheap" dirty santa gift because I figured the kids would enjoy fighting over it. I took it out to ensure it was working and wasn't some janky piece of garbage - it wasn't. These cheap drones/RC Helicopters don't use the unibody frame which I think is the big feature here. They are able to make a cheaper product that doesn't explode into a million pieces when you crash it. Since the product uses a unibody frame it won't fall out of alignment like other cheap drones. You should be able to fly this thing plenty of times after wrecking it.You can also bump into walls without crashing thanks to the unibody frame and the rotor protectors. I can't stress enough how much I like the design of this product. I wish it was still available so I could buy one for myself. Seeing it is no longer available I really regret putting this one in the dirty santa pool.I bought another drone hoping for the same experience but no dice! I already have an amazon return request to send the other one off because it's absolute garbage.I would love to know when this product is available again - not going to waste anymore money buying anything else.
