Unfortunately, these headphones are not suitable for their intended purpose. The sound is good, but there are too many problems. The first issue is the build quality. As you can see from the photo, the cover from the built-in controller arrived within 3 weeks. The buttons do not work without a cover. Headphones were worn to bed, while walking, and generally around the house. The next problem is a bad Bluetooth connection. With the phone in your pocket, the headphones lose connection. Putting headphones on in bed and putting a phone on your bedside table (2ft max) will drop the connection and set off an alarm - useless when you're trying to sleep. Finally (less important but still puzzling) the headphones had multiple profiles in my list of Bluetooth connections (see photo). And I could not connect to the associated software to change the hearing profile. I keep getting the "no connection" message. Very disappointing for such an expensive headphone which broke after 3 weeks.
