I bought these water slippers for my little one's first trip to the beach. I've never had trouble finding the right fit, but I also invest in better shoes for my little walker. Against common sense I ordered these shoes and although they fit perfectly my little one started to develop blisters on the sides of both ankles after about 3-4 hours of wearing them on the beach. My kid is not picky about shoes but these shoes were definitely tough on my kid! I would say they were worn in the shallows for maybe 30 minutes and the rest of the time I was at the beach playing with toys. I threw them away after the first wear because I couldn't get my child through another day with the shoes rubbing open blisters. Luckily I had our spare Keen shoes with me (a little comfy but still helpful). These water shoes are just plain cheap and you get what you pay for here.
