So here's the weird part about this shoe - it's not a deep enough shoe, meaning the back doesn't come up high enough on the ankle, so the shoe is constantly coming off easily (if I bump it the wrong way walking for instance). It comes off EASILY, even when tied. No, I don't have weird feet, lol. This is the first time this has ever happened with a shoe. So basically the interior isn't deep enough, causing your foot to stick "up" more. No ankle rubbing - which is good, but on the flip, it also doesn't hold your foot INTO the shoe well. But with that said, I DO wear them when walking isn't required much - more standing, like my day job as a teacher. For that, they are pretty comfortable, but I think most people will want an athletic shoe and personally, I would not work out in these.Pro: Cushiony on the bottom and my feet don't hurt from standing in them.Con: The weird "depth" of the shoe is well, weird and makes for odd instances of the shoe falling off.Verdict: Only recommend if you aren't walking a lot (standing). Thanks for reading!
