This is the second training block I have ever bought. My first was the Cyclo Ops block, which consisted of three "pikes" of different heights. The wheel sat in a "groove" and it took a few moments for the front wheel to be centered. Now I bought this Kinetic training block. The center of the wheel is placed in the center of the "hole" without any guesswork. This is also only my second training block, but it is much better than my old one. I would highly recommend it to anyone for off season training!
