How excited you can be about a car charger, right? Pretty much, as it turns out. I'm so used to the fact that car chargers are the most brittle of plastic, making close contact only half the time and often losing contact until rotated and jiggled in the right order. This humble little charger changes all that. The assembly is solid. Contact with the 12 V socket is absolutely safe thanks to very strong internal contact springs. It actually delivers the rated power as shown in the attached image using a Satechi USB-C power meter (which I also highly recommend). Runs cool even at maximum power. And it's pretty attractive too. Most of my devices have a USB-C port, but the additional USB-A port is the icing on the cake.
