I have been using this product on my glass hob for many years. It smelled wonderful and worked great. I reordered in November 2019 and immediately noticed that the pleasant smell was replaced by an unattractive chemical smell. I immediately contacted the manufacturer and was impressed with their prompt response but disappointed with the actual response. They changed the formula and now the pleasant aroma is gone. Why are companies changing what worked? Was the minimal cost of keeping a fragrance in production worth the loss of customers? I'm fed up with companies that cut corners and think customers won't notice. Only time will tell how this will ultimately affect your bottom line, Weyman. For me the smell was a big factor why I only used your product. It's time to look for another product.
