Playground umbrella broke after 1 month of use. I tried calling many times and understood because of the pandemic. However, I kept trying to return or replace the product. I then spoke to someone on the phone who asked for a copy of my receipt, order etc and still have not received any updates or information. I really want to love this product but with the hassle of getting an umbrella I may spend a little more on the California Beach Company brand or wait until it goes on sale. Now I have a playground, the main purpose of which for my family was the convenience of a tent and a fence when we were in our camp. I liked it at first, but it was a headache I'd like to avoid.
