Just like any other shampoo.

I have severe eczema on my scalp and frankly saw no difference in my condition while using this shampoo. It is awfully expensive so I do not plan to buy it again when it offered no relief. It did however work as well as any other shampoo to make my hair clean. It also has a pleasant fragrance.
