I love that we can see all of our customers' orders in one place (no more having an order book for each customer).
We also have been able to streamline some processes by using this software. Our biggest challenge is getting new employees up-to speed with how everything works! Once they do get used it though - there are so many features/tasks you don't realize you need until after you've started working with them daily. It has helped us improve process efficiencies across multiple departments while providing visibility into current workflows through reporting capabilities.
