I am updating this review because I received a replacement product. My original never worked, not even a little, but I got my money back with no problems, so no complaints. However, my replacement was excellent. Good gel polish removal. I also had a firming gel so I know mine was hard. It wasn't too hot, but I could feel the warmth and moisture of the creek on my fingers. It was pretty quick too. So overall I would recommend. I am very excited to try my client now. I would say if you have any problems contact the company. You are very helpful.
