The bag itself is attractive. I read many reviews complaining about the smell but this bag didn't have it. The lining issues described by others are accurate. The fairing is poorly fastened, only nailed to the sides at 2 points on each side. Since the lining is only attached in a few places, it can also happen that something gets stuck between the lining and the bag if you're not careful. My only complaint is that the bag is a lot smaller than the photo and the handles are a bit shorter. The price, I think, shouldn't surprise anyone. 100% oiled leather is worth your money. Details like a cheap and poorly attached liner are one of the compromises to keep costs down. I can't rate the durability of this bag as I just received it but from my first impressions I didn't expect it to last very long. The 16 ounce water bottle and sunglasses are for reference only.
