This phone is way better than Plantronics T10. I bought a new laptop with an aluminum case and every time I used a Plantronics t10 headset I got static. At times it was so loud that it drowned out the conversation I was having with the other party. I ordered a replacement power cord thinking it was a laptop but nothing has changed. Then I decided to try this digital AGPtek, no more static, and this phone is half the price of the Plantron t10. Plantronic cost me $69, this phone was less than $40 with much better features like digital display, caller id and true NOISE CANCELING. My service is VOIP and it looks like I'm using a POT (old phone plan) line. The sound quality is crystal clear, I immediately noticed the difference. The headset is lighter, stronger, more comfortable and easier to fit than the Plantronic t10. This is not a good product, this is a GREAT product, love it.
