All I can say so far is that I've realized that it's really too soon to really believe in a product like this, which usually lasts much longer than the manufacturers claim to evaluate early. So far I can already see a big difference in my eyelashes. Not only do I have more of them, they're getting longer and some are looking a little thicker. That alone impressed me. I had no irritation and found it easy to use. The packaging is impressive for such a product. I also like the longer hose and how it feels in hand during use.
