To be honest, I was really looking forward to using the online store that HIBOITEC offers for my most recent home improvement project; nevertheless, I have to confess that the experience was not very satisfying for me. To begin, they do not have a very good selection of tools; I had a hard time finding what I required, and I wound up having to go to a different store to get the majority of my materials because of this. And although the lighting and ceiling fans were excellent, I did not find anything else about the room to be particularly impressive. However, the delivery costs were the true deal breaker. Despite the fact that I paid extra for fast delivery, my purchase did not come for a very long time, and when it did, some of the things in it had been damaged while they were in route. It was an absolute ordeal attempting to receive a refund as well; their customer care crew was impolite and incompetent, and it took an interminable amount of time to get a response. In general, I'm sorry to announce that the HIBOITEC did not live up to my expectations. I would much rather buy at a location that has a wider variety of items and more dependable service. Instead of giving yourself a headache, try elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for house remodeling.
