Jeremy: Your apron arrived and I immediately tried to put it on. I was very pleased with the fact that it is made to a very high quality from strong and durable materials. I liked everything about it with one exception: I couldn't figure out how to wear it. There were no instructions or pictures showing what I had to do to wear it successfully. When I was in the army, I went to skydiving school, where one of the things I learned was how to fold, pack, and deploy a parachute so it wouldn't land dangerously on the ground. After the war I returned to school and stayed at the Academy for another 35 years. You can say I'm a slow learner; I prefer the pen of a self-directed scientist. But that's how I tried to understand the world. I may be an old (73 year old) dimwitted dinosaur who may not live to be 74). But if I do, I hope I can wear your apron right in a big way and match his fat ass for the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. (I'm sorry, I just had to hold myself back.) I hope you and your "people" can tell me how I can get onto the apron without an accident. When that fails, I keep trying new approaches to the problem until I get the right result. If I get something to work with I will happily recommend your product and service to anyone and everyone. In the meantime, please take my comments as well-intentioned constructive criticism. I understand the challenge you face and sincerely hope for your success. As the Eagles wrote in the song, "This is your world now," and for the good of the planet, please do your best to get it right this time. Mother Earth is tired of adjusting to each generation's inability to learn/accept what must be done to protect and preserve her life and the lives of all who call her home. Okay, the sermon is over.
