Purchased in October 2018. I really liked it. However, in early January 2020, one of the plastic handles holding the tablet broke. I contacted AboveTEK to purchase the defective part. Customer support was responsive. I was asked to send photos of the defective part, which I did. As a result, they told me that since the stand is a little over 12 months old, they could not help in any way. Couldn't sell me a defective part. Now I have a wonderful stand that is unusable due to a broken plastic part. In just one year of ownership, the tablet has been removed from the stand less than four times. I liked the stand for a whole year. Now very unhappy that I can't buy a broken plastic part. 🙁
