I originally ordered size 18H because my 13 year old was wearing it, although it's still a bit big. He weighs 127 pounds 5 feet 1 inch. 18H was too big. But I saved them for later if needed. Size 16H in regular pants or shorts bought from the store ran small. Then I ordered 16H from the same seller. They are a bit big but not to the point of falling over so there is room to grow if needed. No more morning fights over clothes! He hates wearing jeans, hates all pants that have to be zipped and buttoned. They work for his sensory problems. He survived through his second week of school and did not damage his shorts.
