When he acquired a 64 GB card and tried to format it in FAT32, he ran into trouble because he couldn't find FAT32 in the memory card's settings (just exFAT and NTFS). I was really irritated by the "expert's" suggestion that I "format the card in FAT32 format," which came from the firm who originally sold me the DVR's technical assistance. They obviously have no idea what they are talking about and have never handled their device or a memory card larger than 32 GB. FAT32 can be used on 4-32 GB cards without requiring a system reset. Only exFAT and NTFS are supported in 64 GB cards. I was able to find the answer here:? v=WPTgoR9qEZk This video walks you through the steps of using the GUIFORMAT utility to convert an exFAT file system to a FAT32 one. The GUIFORMAT software can be obtained by visiting the office. Visit the SilverStone website (don't freak out if your digital video recorder or other device has a different name; they're all made by the same company). Unlike other device manufacturers, SilverStone thought of its consumers first by providing a tool for formatting memory cards to the chosen system on its website; we used this program and followed the video's instructions to get everything set up. Wow, even a blonde can pull this off!
