Basically these hangers are good - they give off a strong cedar smell straight away; in time it will die, like all these things. However, my main issue and reason for the three stars is that I noticed some cedar coating/dust on the jackets while hanging four new (expensive) suits. After three days. I took them to the dry cleaners, first thought they were cleaners but we realized they were hangers. So wipe them dry quickly before hanging anything valuable on them. You are tall and taller than I thought; I hope the ends don't protrude over the shoulders of my suit (I wear 44R - it's above average).
