After contacting support the mask was replaced. This worked well until the end of the ski season. Looks like the tearing problem only happened with the 1st mask. Overall this is a good mask - warm and protective. Below is my old comment: The mask tears on first use. I bought this item for skiing on February 3, 2020. When I first used this ski mask, it tore at the edge of the mask. Firstly, the mask separates from the main fabric. To be honest the mask protects my nose and mouth quite well and I was hoping that this article could help me a lot on my busy days of skiing. But the quality is a bit poor as shown in the picture. I wish they could improve it.
