You can't customize your readings, but you can set an alarm for a specific temperature, and there are built-in recommended temperatures for different types of meat. in use. I think it's mostly due to walls, wiring, etc. However, it's always connected. If you are looking for a cheap Bluetooth incense thermometer, this is a good choice.
