Great price! CONTROLS. Some reviews say otherwise, they can snap the clasps together instead of on the collar where it should be. First, attach a clasp to the collar with the desired tightness; Then close the 2nd clasp. You can customize as little as necessary. Suitable for all my children (14 months, 3 years and 4 1/2 years). Might fit a 10 year old. Stay safe and cute design for kids. Not suitable for adults, too narrow.
