These are amazing for light protection for your feet. They are well made, super comfortable and so slim you can take them anywhere. And they are a great price! I ended up taking these on a 16 day Mediterranean vacation because I didn’t want to pack bulky water shoes. For swimming in the water and boat rides and pool swimming they were amazing. Navigating beaches that consist of large rocky inclines with 1-2 inch rock bottoms were challenging for these water shoes and my feet. And my balance. My family with the bulky water shoes had no trouble. I, however, was hobbling along wishing I had brought real water shoes. Lesson learned. But these are not designed for that kind of terrain, so it was my own fault. Overall, excellent water shoes!
