Refuses to print until satisfied with product description in order to set up his electronics the way he wants to see the data, not how the computer transmits it. Pretty good if I can get it to print, but it's not worth the time and effort trying to sink a computer with it, so I'm throwing it away. The frustration of having to contact him about paper size and type is just not worth the grief. All I want to print is standard 8x10 on glossy photo paper and it won't work. I'm processing today. And all this despite a history of great prints with other Pixma models. That's why I got it in the first place. It's just not the one - don't go near it
