I expected it to last longer BUT for the price I'm not surprised and was happy with it compared to other phones I've bought this one with the same features. The husband hears the calls even though the boost button says it's not helping him. The keys are big enough for him to type numbers correctly with his clumsy, numb fingers. He still doesn't understand how to quickly look up a person's number in the phone book by typing the first letter of the person's name, but it took a long time for him to scroll through the names to find the up and down keys to find the right one. he wants. He's not techy at all and doesn't want to learn and this phone is pretty easy for him to use and it's loud enough for him, none of the other brand's phones can match the volume he needs. So all in all I will buy it again if it needs another phone.
