Needed to replace the tree skirt we had last year due to the puppies; one has a love of all things on the floor. Anyway, purchased this skirt and was very pleased with it. It arrived on time and exactly as stated in the description. It is well made and a nice thickness. All seams finished and looked very festive under our tree. Very pleased with the tree skirt. Had no reason to contact customer service, so I cannot comment on that, but very pleased with the item that was ordered. Would purchase from this vendor again.
