Full opening or closing only!

This was not accompanied by options. I removed my old one which opens to my liking. For example qtr is open or half open for sound. After welding this magazine I was frustrated that it only opens or closes fully. I do not like that. There has never been one that has worked like this. If there is an opportunity to change remote work I will change my rating.
