STOP! Do I know you. You, like me, dig in showerheads. I think to myself "maybe if I buy more expensive, it's not bullshit". Well I can tell you this shower head is NOT the one you want. The thing looks ridiculously cheap. It looks like metal but is 99% solid scrap plastic coated in thin chrome material. I followed the instructions verbatim, and you know what? This garbage product leaks terribly. from everywhere! The instructions say that all connections are hand tightened. It flows terribly. Tried to tighten with a wrench. It flows terribly. As soon as I took it out of the box I realized that it would most likely be going back. Moen should be ashamed to charge over $70 for it. It looks like a $20 product at most. Even then I would feel cheated if I paid $20 for it. It doesn't work properly at all.
