I filled out an application, after 2 days they answered, they said to clean the mouse with compressed air. I bought it, it didn’t help, I called the warranty service - they dropped the phone 2 times. I called technical support - they said to fill out an application again in my case, for it in 48 hours, for which they must answer according to their own words, there was no answer. And the most interesting thing is that less than a month remains until the end of the warranty, the thought suggests itself that they are simply pulling until the end of the warranty. I'm not going to buy their products anymore. who needs equipment without a guarantee.
