I've been wearing braided belts for many years. I like them because they are actually "infinitely adjustable" and they are also very stylish. I wear mine both casual and formal almost every day. Over the years I've had many name brand braided belts that were more expensive than this Tanpie belt, but each was cheaply made. They last 6-9 months at best before the gauzy leather trims fray or tear at the back and the trims come off where I attach them most. I've been wearing this Tanpie braided belt for over 18 months and only now is it showing any signs of wear at all and even that isn't much (one of the leather strands broke off at the back of the belt where I buckled it the most, but the integrity of the belt has been damaged not affected). None of the leather was frayed or showed any signs of abrasion. It holds its shape very well and the paint/finish has not faded or worn off. It still looks the same as the day I received it in terms of color. This tanpie belt is very well made and very reasonably priced. If you're tired of your braided belts wearing out quickly, this is for you.
