Not bad, but could be better. The screw holding the clamp closed (the clamp that clamps two balls, not the clamp that attaches to the transom) needed to be a few turns longer. This allows you to install the device without completely dismantling the clamp. Assembling was very difficult. I would also add slotted or Phillips head screws to the clip that attaches the assembly to the rear view mirror. This allows you to use a screwdriver to tighten this clip from an area where your hands aren't clenched as tightly. Those two points aside, this is a great little clip that offers better visibility than the suction cup I used.
