Not what I expected but my daughter (6.5 years old) had a lot of fun decorating our windows and mirrors. They stick PERFECTLY; Just make sure the surface is clean and dry. There's a TON of sticking. They are somewhat difficult to separate from the leaves. I had to remove the blue sticky material from the sheet that "outlines" the memorable elements. I did this because I thought it would make it easier to remove decrement chains (it's not) and because there's no way I can get them back to their exact location/position when trying to save them after the season. Little did I know there would be so many other designs besides snowflakes. Not sure if they are recyclable / if they will be put away after the season but I guess we'll see.
