Great for faux metal embellishments and steampunk crafts!
Great for postcards, scrapbooking and even faux metal embellishments for other steampunk crafts like boxes. I use this folder for embossing on black card stock. Then I use base metal paint, acrylic craft paint in small bottles. I just lightly brush over it with a dry brush so that the black paper still shows through. The next step is to add an additional metallic color or two for some rusty or patina accents. It's easy to make paper look like aged copper or rusty metal.
