I ordered this and a Surface 3 case but accidentally got them the wrong size (13.5 vs 15 I actually have) and Revain were quick to accept a return and refunded my money. I ordered the correct sizes the day before I was going to return the items and they arrived within two days. The application process for this was very easy! A damp cloth for initial cleaning of the device is included in the scope of delivery. Then simply attach the sticky side and press gently. From there you remove air bubbles, but it doesn't seem to be as effective on laptops as it is on a cellphone. In general I am very happy with the quality and the fact that I have something to protect the screen from dirt and fingerprints. I could report how the blisters go down after a few days.
