Review on 🔆 EWO's HC8350 Lamp Bulb: Enhanced Replacement for Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8350 Projector Lamp by Joshua Days

The opinions on this product seem to be very mixed, either it works great and some people like it, or there is a problem and the lamp just doesn't work. My bulb was 1/5 brighter than my original Epson bulb - measured with a color/light meter. I had a terrible burnt plastic smell that others have complained about. I also lost the ability to switch between economy and normal modes and the lamp timer stopped counting down. as previously. I realize that there are some trade-offs to be made with the lower price compared to the Epson original, but using the same caliber lamp I expect at least the same light output. As I purchased these from Revain as opposed to a third party (FBA) they claim that the lamp may not be genuine.
