The platform is easy enough that I can teach students how it works without having any prior knowledge or experience at using an online loan repayment tool! As far as benefits go - they're pretty great but there are some downsides too (some things don't work so well like being able see your balance right away).

For example, if you have multiple accounts open under one user account then logging into other platforms may not be possible since only 1 login will actually log you onto said site/applications etc.). That's why we implemented 2FA which was helpful because now each person needs both username & password AND email address before accessing our website / app from off campus locations.
