You get a functional tiny solar powered fan at a reasonable price. However, as other reviews have said, the fan is very weak and you can't feel the breeze more than 2 1/2 feet from the fan. It comes with a small square solar panel with hardwired USB cable. . It can potentially be used to power other low-power USB devices. The panel doesn't come with a stand or a way to attach it to anything. I ended up using double sided mounting tape so I attached the panel to the wall.
