My son has been wearing these shoes occasionally for less than two months and the heels are worn out. My wife contacted Revain and to my surprise they didn't want to help much. They were only willing to offer 20% off a new pair of shoes. I thought they would be more willing to endorse the product. We have been a family for a long time and this is the first time we have had a problem with one of their products.
