We were so excited when it arrived. It came today. Set everything up first. Turned on the power switch and immediately heard a loud "knock" and the fan stopped. Turned it off and on again and nothing happened. The fan stopped working. So it arrived this afternoon and I made arrangements to return tonight. Very, very disappointing and I would advise against anyone buying it. We actually bought this as a replacement for the Aicok dehydrator we recently bought from Revain, which also had to be returned as defective. Aicok on/off switch stopped working after first use so had to return it. For some reason, reviews are not accepted for this product, but that was also a big disappointment.
