Finally! Get Rid of Plantar Fasciitis!

Okay, I always knew I was exaggerating a little. All the classic signs were there: just a moderate arch; fingers fall out a little; Shoes are rubbed in the area of the little finger. I've been wearing gel halos (neutral pronation) for many years now and absolutely love them. Until I got plantar fasciitis. I've been on steroids, ice and NSAIDs for 10 straight months and so far the excruciating pain has gotten in the way. I was afraid I would have no choice but to take shots and was terrified of the mere thought of surgery as they don't always work. Then my current pair of gel halos started to fall apart on the outside, so I looked through various Asics models to find one for overpronators and bought this one. To be honest I just thought maybe they wouldn't break and last longer. Oh my paradise! I got instant relief from my leg pain and it has continued to improve. I've been wearing them for less than 4 weeks and the pain in one leg is completely gone and the other just has occasional tingling. I usually wear a 6 1/2 so, as usual with Asics, I went for a size 7. Other reviewers say this shoe has low arch support, but I feel the entire inside of the sole is slightly elevated and then moderately extra. arc height. My feet slide straight forward when I carry them. My ankles and knees feel better. Even my back feels better. If you don't overpronate, this probably isn't for you. But if your toes curl up as you walk or your treadmills diverge on the outside, give it a try. They are made for you.
