I've been searching the market for strong and durable ponytail hair ties for my daughter who has long hair and needs something to hold her during her physical education I bought these and was very disappointed - not only do they not do what they say they do, they are weaker than most hair ties I've tried. Of course, they are soft, beautiful and colorful, but at most they can hold braids or serve as jewelry after using a stronger ponytail. I don't recommend it, definitely not for gymnastics where durability is important.
