I've tried different types of washable/reusable nursing pads (especially EPiBi and Bamboobies) and found these to be my favourites. They are soft/comfortable, I feel like if I leak a little I don't have to automatically switch to a new pair right away which reduces washing frequency (always a key as a new parent as I feel like washing myself me all the time) and the contouring helps lay better under bra/clothing. So I think their claim that they stay dry is correct. When I have a major leak it gets wet and I change to a new pair for hygiene and comfort reasons, but so far I've only had one actual leak through the padding (I've been wearing them for almost 3 months now) and on that I wear a tank top under my shirt. I have found that even small leaks are much more likely to cause discomfort with other brands and types of nursing pads, even some of them are high flow/wicking nursing pads. I hope this helps other moms-to-be to figure out what kind of nursing pads to choose :)
