Hats are tricky with me, my head is usually too large for any universal hat. That being said, if you have a smaller head this hat is not for you. Might fit comfortably if you wear a beanie or some kind of head wrap under it. But for me it fits fantastic. That being said I work outside on the railroad in some pretty awful conditions (Writing this after a snow/rain storm in 25 degree weather). Kept my head warm all night. Very well worth the money id say. The chin strap leaves a bit to be desired, but all and all for the cheap price it does the job!
