Great product but take notice.
Just to be clear, LOOK CLEATS DO NOT work with these pedals; BUT the CLEATS provided do. All you do is simply change cleats which takes 5 to 10 mins. Also you need an 8 Allen Hex Wrench for installation of the pedals. Other than that I have been use them for two days now and love them; I use them in my spin bike.
