First, they are oversold because they fully support 32-inch monitors. We're discontinuing ours, but there's a lot less adjustment you can make than if the monitors were smaller. Fair advertising would be that they are sold as 'fully' supported 27-inch and possibly up to 30-inch monitors. Second, before we removed the plastic wrap, it was clear that the rightmost control lever was twisted rather than square, but we kept pushing - hoping we could make up the difference right there (you're in a bind if You're closing your workstation and need to "get it done" today. The best we could do is make the right side 1/4" below the left AND the right side can't be set to LEVEL. This creates all sorts of pesky problems - plus it wasted a lot of time today with having to work around something that shouldn't have been in the box and will waste even more time when we get a new pad.As the curled part was visible to us even before unboxing and isn't big enough anyway, I have the seller not contacted i just take something else and send it back for the price maybe ok for some may be there are still some issues with the one we got maybe all but those were the main things they did killed for us today How difficult is it to make the same parts all day and ship only high quality parts?
