Easy setup, great UI, multiple clients available at one place and best part is it has been developed by the experts which makes sure that the product always reflects latest updates in the market. There are no such major flaws in this software as of now. I have not faced any technical issue with the software so far. I would recommend this software to all those who look out for simple but powerful service desk application. We used to install multiple clients of different operating systems on our servers. With ListeQ we can now manage all those setups from the cloud platform itself.
